The secret of our success is no real mystery. It lies in our amazing team of experts and their approach with our clients, working proactively and creatively, to deliver the very best wealth management advice and strategy. Moreover, we are consistently building and strengthening our existing team by bringing in new talent. This is lately reflected in our most recent appointment, Rituparna Bandopadhyay, better known as Ritu to friends, colleagues and clients alike.

Ritu came to the UK in 2019, to pursue a master’s degree at the University of Manchester. Motivated by both academic ambitions, and the opportunity to experience life in another country and culture, she decided to carve out her career here, and build a sought-after reputation within the financial sector. So after completing her studies, she launched her own professional journey with PwC, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. Later, she went on to work with Zacks Investment Research, where she strengthened her skills in financial analysis and research. Now equipped with multiple degrees in finance, she has joined AJWM, to bolster an already exceptional specialist team of advisors.
It is due to our breadth of specialisms that the business can truly advise clients in so many aspects of wealth management, including niche areas. Always staying ahead of the curve, tracking trends and legislation, so that we can streamline the worry and hassle for clients, making their investments and money work much harder for them. So, whether it be financial planning, savings and investments, wealth management or taxation, there is an experienced advisor on hand, to talk clients through these very tricky subjects, and deliver the all-important peace of mind, that their money is being wisely invested and protected.
The team can also navigate both personal and business clients in key stages of their lives, whether it be legacy, exit or succession planning, to ensure the client secures the best outcomes for family, company wellbeing and future.
The’ financial buzz’ presently is around inheritance tax and pensions, what with ever-changing legislation and rules. This can be a minefield to navigate for people, even the most astute, which is where our consultancy comes into our own, and we will help and advise every step of the way.
Moreover, we are always keen to ‘give something back” and our social responsibility mandate is very much focused on community engagement and helping local people. Our latest endeavor is sponsoring a local junior football team Bilbrook Central under 11s, by paying for their new kit for next season. We cannot wait to see them in action, and we will be supporting them every step of the way. Our legacy is all about helping locally. So, we are always interested in hearing about new initiatives and schemes within the local community.
As a business, we provide a relaxed and friendly, family environment, which is undeniably refreshing from most finance companies. Here, you can liaise with knowledgeable and approachable advisors, who will talk you through all the small shifts or big changes, whilst guiding you to make crucial decisions, and giving you insight into your best available options, and their implications. No pressure, just an extension of your own family in a way. Of course, we are always open to any ideas that enable us to help the local community too. We love to go ‘above and beyond’ for both our clients and friends. As a locally based and independently owned business, it is vital to remain open and engaged, to be a true part of this wonderful region, and the people who live and work within it!
